    All prices are in CHF.

    Accepted payment methods are cash and Twint.

  • Cancellation

    I ask you kindly to inform me as early as possible, should you not be able to make an already made appointment, or to countermand it online (a link for this will be included in your confirmation email).

    Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment I will have to charge 100 % of the cost of the treatment.

  • Please be on time

    To minimize waiting time the bookable treatments are set appointment. These are exclusively reserved for you. In case of late arrival I will not be able to prolong the appointment.

Information

  • Jede Patientin, jeder Patient sollte sich bei seiner Krankenkasse im Voraus erkundigen, ob die ausgewählte Behandlungsmethode von ihrer/seiner Zusatzversicherung übernommen wird und ob die/der behandelnde Therapeutin/Therapeut von der Krankenkasse anerkannt ist (jede Krankenkasse vergütet ausschließlich Behandlungen gemäß ihrem Leistungskatalog).
  • Die gründliche Desinfektion der Hände und das Tragen einer Maske ist in unserer Praxis obligatorisch.
  • Bei Krankheitszeichen wie Fieber, Husten oder anderen Infektionszeichen meldet sich die Patientin/der Patient bitte ab.
  • Bitte kommen Sie pünktlich in die Praxis um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden.
  • Als Zahlungsmittel wird Bargeld und Twint akzeptiert.

Information

  • - Every patient should inquire in advance at their insurance company, whether the treatment will be paid for by their supplementary insurance and if the therapist is acknowledged by them (every insurance company only compensates treatments within their service catalogue).
  • The thorough disinfecting of hands and wearing of a mask are obligatory within our practice.
  • In case of symptoms such as fever, coughing or other signs of infection the patient is required to cancel any appointments and not enter the practice. Treatment cannot be administered under such circumstances.
  • Please arrive on time to avoid waiting periods.
  • Accepted payment methods are cash and Twint.
