Since the 27th of April 2020, the massage practice is open again. To ensure it will stay that way, however, there are guidelines by the FOPH (Federal Office of Public Health) as well as additional provisions that will need to be applied.
The thorough disinfecting of hands and wearing of a mask are obligatory within our practice.
- In case of symptoms such as fever, coughing, loss of taste, difficulty to breathe, or other signs of infection the patient is required to cancel any appointments and not enter the practice. Treatment cannot be administered under such circumstances.
- Patients who are part of a risk group may receive treatment after consulting a doctor.
- To ensure the safety of everyone involved, all patients upon entering the practice need to firstly disinfect their hands and then put on a surgical mask, which will be ready for them.
- When putting on the mask be mindful to only touch the ear hooks and then, with the freshly disinfected hands, press the wire against the bridge of the nose. Once the mask is in place it should not be touched again until its removal.
- A distance of two meters should be kept whenever possible.
- All patients are requested to arrive on time to avoid waiting periods.
- After the treatment, please dispose of the mask in the closed trash can outside of the treatment room.
- If possible, please avoid traveling by public transport.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
